Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any website and processing-volume range you provide. Our hosting provider may also record technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and access times for operation and security. The form uses a temporary, keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your business needs, discuss potential services, and protect the website from abuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.
Who receives it
Your inquiry is available to the Processing Supply team and the hosting and email providers that support this website and our communications. The website is hosted by Hostinger. We do not sell inquiry information or automatically send your form submission to a payment processor. If a later application requires sharing business information with a provider, we will explain that process separately. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Storage and retention
Inquiries are stored in a private server database and emailed to our designated business inbox. Database copies are removed after 90 days. Email correspondence may be retained as needed to handle your inquiry, an ongoing business relationship, or legal obligations. Form rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes. Hosting-provider logs and backups follow that provider’s retention practices.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use our inquiry form to request a follow-up, then explain your request when we contact you. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained where legally required.
